CENTRAL UTILITY PLANT WILFRID LAURIER UNIVERSITY WATERLOO, ON
SIRATI & Partners was retained by H.H. Angus & Associates Ltd. to undertake a geotechnical investigation for the proposed redevelopment of the Central Utility Plant (CUP) at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
The site will be redeveloped with a single storey CUP building.
The scope of services provided by SIRATI & Partners was:
- A detailed Geotechnical Investigation
- Field and laboratory services,
- Assessment of groundwater conditions,
- Foundation design recommendations
- Retaining wall design recommendations and
- Floor slab and drainage proposals.
