SIRATI was retained to conduct a structural building condition assessment located in the City of Oshawa. The structural survey inspected the foundations, interior construction and external fascia and building drainage. Although the building was given occupancy in 2015, we were requested to carry out a full survey to confirm the structural status and also if any differential settlement was evident.
